What We Do:

Always Clean is based on a six-monthly visit to your home, starting with the initial thorough cleaning of all carpeting areas, as agreed.

After a Six Month interval, our technicians will come out for no extra money out of your pocket and clean all the open areas in the parts of the house which the Programme covers.

On a six month interval cleaning we don’t move permanent furniture other than dining room chairs to clean under the table.

Then, one year from the initial clean, once again for no “out of pocket” money, we do the same full carpet cleaning job that we performed initially.

How We Charge:

You pay for the initial carpet cleaning then set up a monthly standing order for 10% per month of the total cleaning price - a monthly investment in year-round, clean, healthy carpets. We will provide you with a Standing Order form to complete and pass to your bank to commence paying the monthly amount. This improves your cash-low management (as well as ours) so that you will never have to pay a large amount all at once, ever again. First, if a spill happens, call our office as soon as possible and we will talk you through stain removal techniques. Then, if you are not able to remove it, we will come to your place and take care of that stain removal for you.

Every six months, we will call you two to three weeks ahead of your scheduled cleaning time to set up an appointment that is best for you.
